Can we have Mike Wallace back?

Will Fuller’s Dolphin career–which costs more than $10 million against the cap–consists of a missed game due to a substance suspension, a skipped game for a private personal reason, a dropped pass in the end zone in overtime, and a few plays vs. the Colts before hurting his finger and coming out of the game (and he cannot play next week either).

Meanwhile, Flores made Preston Williams an inactive, healthy scratch yesterday.

  1. Yep another tough break literally. The guy needs to contribute and soon sure makes next week even tougher. Should have signed C Linsely instead.

  2. And watching Herbert put up 21 first half points against the Raiders. We are light years behind the Chargers. The chargers also held the Raiders without a first down until drive 5. And Flores is a defensive genius, my a$$.

    1. Ugh I know I harp on this all the time… But Herbert is a friggin stud QB… Last year’s draft will wind up being our worst of all time. Not just because we took Tua ahead of him … But 3 first rounders all wasted. But nobody would say shit about it if just one of those was Herbert. 😭

      1. Also worth noting 5 of the last 7 first round picks have been at the very least very productive players if not outright stars for the bolts… Over the same time span we hit 2 of 9 and traded both. I just can’t with this team anymore. 🤬

        1. The chargers have been up and coming for a while now but were stumbling like the Fins. The talent level is not close and they’re finally turning the corner. Herbert isn’t bad I liked him before the draft too but if you put most of the past few years QBs over there they’d look a lot better. Their top receiver has better stats than all of the Fins receivers combined. They signed a good center instead of a broken fingered WR as they already had two good ones. I just don’t believe Herbert would look that much better over here right now either. It’s a team game and this teams a few steps or more behind still.even more incredible how did the Fins beat them last year?

  3. I think again this management is missing the mark on how to bring in players…what the heck are they looking at going to these colleges and college games?
Are they there for the tailgates? C’mon, whose picking the groceries for the future of the team? The GM goes for Tua and Herbert AT LEAST has a laser for an arm! The receivers have stepped up on the Chargers to catch those balls from Herbert. His passes were pretty darn crisp and on target. Are you seeing that with Tua? Uh, no.
We won’t see an improvement unless there are good coaches in place. It’s a very bothersome situation for fans that have been holding their allegiance to this team and there is nothing good since Marino left.

  4. Last night on my drive home from work, Steve Young was on NFL Network XM radio and said Herbert is the whole package…smarts, confident, student of the game, has a good vision of the field and positioning of the defense, very strong arm and more that I don’t remember but he said he’s got IT! We could have had that.

    1. Don’t give up on Tua yet he hasn’t even played a full season. He’s also looked a lot better with his arm strength so far this year when healthy of course. I think that’s the big worry moving forward as he’s accurate and can zip it in there unfortunately the coaching hasn’t helped give him many shots.

Grant just traded to the bears for a 6th. Something had to happen… wish him luck.
