If you are a fan of rewarding mediocre employees who have a success rate of absolutely Zero, then this is a sad day. If you want want to win, however, you must hire winners. Chris Grier is a loser. Make no mistake…if you have no success, then you have lost. And Grier brought no success. The only bad part of this move is that Ross took 7 or 8 seasons too long to make it. Slowly but surely, I see some improvement in Mike McDaniel. I still want him gone at the end of the year, but I can point to things that he improvedRead More →

Last Week I asked if we were at rock bottom, but now after getting blown out by the lowly Browns, I see the answer was no. The Charger loss was not rock bottom. The Browns loss is. For now. On Sunday, skipping the first 59 minutes of this game, it all came down to our $50 Million quarterback completing a pass or two on the final drive. He failed. At Buffalo, it all came down to our $50 Million quarterback completing a pass or two on the final drive. He failed. Interception. Against New England in week 2, it all came down to our $50 Million quarterback completing a pass or two on the final drive. He failed. He ran out of bounds and a sack. It’s time. It’s really time. Despite good opponents, these were 3 winnable games where Tua faltered when weRead More →
