It’s no coincidence…. Once the near disaster of a DeShaun Watson trade went away, the Dolphins began a winning streak.
History shows that whenever Stephen Ross takes a back seat and lets the players focus, we win.
When he inserts himself into things, we lose.
This includes stuff like him publicly wanting Watson, the Jim Harbaugh fiasco, Bullygate, removing 20,000 seats from Hard Rock stadium and replacing them with millionaire-only luxury boxes, and much much more.
It just can’t be a coincidence. The team is at peace now and playing better, and I for one am convinced it’s because the owner finally took a backseat and hasn’t been in the media spotlight for the past 2 weeks.
Looks like our old nemesis Joe Flacco is starting for the jets against us. Let’s hope our defense stays aggressive. I was hoping to play against one of those rookie bums the jets have been using lately, but lucky us…they are switching to a seasoned pro and Super Bowl winner.
They beat him bad last year. As long as the defense plays like this shouldn’t be a problem.
Admin, this owner isn’t capable of handling a NFL franchise. He’s more interested in his NYC real estate, Hudson Yards, and Univ. of Michigan Wolverines…not to mention he has donated so much money to the University that they named the business school after him, The Steven B. Ross School of Business…so if you have any doubts there’s the facts. I hope I am patient enough to wait out that he either croaks or sells the team. I heard last night on Sirius Radio’s NFL Network that Joe Flacco was going to be in as QB and immediately thought the same…bringing him in because he’s got more experience and they were not happy with their current QB’s performances. There is no team I demand a win more than when the Dolphins play the Jets! Something happens when their games come around and the “any team but the Jets” is the rule of law for true Dolphin fans. Losing to the Jets is more painful than any other loss. Welcome to Jet Hate Week!

Clearly Ross is interested in Watson. He met with him the night before the trade deadline. I hope that come March the rumors don’t ramp up again. But it is Ross- we’re talking about. The undisputed king of NFL debacles…
